Privacy policy

1. About this policy

This policy applies to Form Endurance (“Form”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), including the Form website, web application, mobile application, and related services. Form is a training intelligence and coaching companion for endurance athletes.

By using Form, you acknowledge that your training information may include sensitive health and wellness information. We handle it only to provide and improve the service described here.

2. Information we collect

We may collect:

• Account information: name, email address, password credentials, and account preferences.
• Connected training data: activities, dates, duration, distance, pace, power, heart rate, training load, workout details, and related device data that you authorise us to access.
• Wellness information: sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, fatigue, weight, stress, and similar recovery signals where provided by a connected service.
• Coaching content: questions, conversations, race goals, saved races, plan drafts, and edits you make in Form.
• Technical information: device, browser, log, security, and service-performance information needed to operate and protect the service.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide the Form experience, including to:

• sync and display your training and wellness history;
• answer questions about your training;
• draft, validate, and maintain structured workout plans;
• help you organise race goals;
• secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, and improve reliability; and
• communicate with you about the service, support, and important changes.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. AI processing and service providers

Form uses carefully selected infrastructure and service providers to operate the product. When you ask the coach a question, the information needed to answer it may be processed by our AI provider. We use that processing to generate your response and structured plan.

We also use connected platforms, such as Intervals.icu or future device integrations, only after you authorise the connection. Each connected platform has its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Sharing

We may share information with service providers who process it on our behalf, when required by law, to protect the security of the service, or as part of a business transfer. We do not share your training history with advertisers or make it publicly visible by default.

6. Storage, security, and retention

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect your information, including access controls and encryption where appropriate. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

We keep information while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may ask us to delete your account and associated personal information. Some limited records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate business records.

7. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your information, withdraw consent for a connected service, or object to certain processing. To make a request, contact privacy@formendurance.com.

8. Children

Form is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

9. Changes and contact
